Tee Time Reservation System
Individuals that signed up online and purchased the Somerset County Tee Time Service can reserve tee times 7-Day/8-Night out in advanced.

Somerset County Tee Time Service allows the individual to book a tee time 7-Day/8-Night out.

Individuals that have registered for the year have 7-Day/ 8-Night access can book a tee time 3-Days out. This doesn’t allow same day tee times.

Same Day Tee Times or 3-Days Out (non – registered golfers)
Individuals looking to book a same day tee time or 3-Days out can either call the Golf Shop, or go to GolfNow.com

*Example: 3 days out; When booking a tee time for Saturday morning the individual can call Thursday. (non – registered golfers)

*Example: 7 day/ 8 night; When booking a tee time for Saturday morning the individual can log-on to their account Friday night at 9pm for access. .

TEE TIME CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the responsibility of the tee time subscriber to cancel or modify group sizes no later than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. These cancellations or modifications can be made online, or by calling the course directly. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the subscriber incurring financial penalties, suspension from the tee time service, suspension from appropriate registration status or a combination of all three. Detailed below are the steps:

Violations will incur a $10 per person fee for each no show. Subscriber will be suspended from tee time service and appropriate registration status until fee is paid
Non-members must provide a credit card number when booking and full group green fees will be charged in the event of a group no showing or failing to have the number of players booked.

In the event of questionable weather if 80% of scheduled tee times are present then requirements of this policy will be enforced.

This policy will be strictly enforced. We hope everyone will cooperate and follow cancellation and modification policy.
